Perhaps I am putting too high expectation on breakfast spread after reading others' review. Also some of gym equipment/machine are broken, hopefully they will replace/fix it soon

Good hotel but should increase the service with more professional staffs

The rooms are comfortbale and clean and the location right in the center of Palembang and near to the mall and restaurants. Really suitable for a family to stay.

The staffs... some of them are good but most of them are seemed not professional, untrained and maybe because of lack of staffs so they cannot respons to the guest need in proper time.

Heavy wear and tear, but fair price and good location

Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of facilities available for a fair room rate (with a free upgrade for Genius users) such as a working bathtub in a Deluxe room, spacious playroom for children, and swimming pool. Central location next to a shopping mall.

Evident signs of wear and tear can be seen from the furniture, e.g. torn fabric on chairs, crooked floating bedside table. Breakfast selection not up to par for a five star hotel with watery pot coffee. Lack of accessibility, restaurant is only accessible via stairs and lobby escalator only goes up.

Needs improvement in attention to detail...

There was a water heater available... The hot water was plentiful... The room was adequate size for the price... They had great bathrobe... It is near a shoping mall and great eateries... The in house restaurant is a hit pricey for the type of cuisine...

Staff unhelpful... We were told to wait for check in and then we were not advised when the room was then ready... Then the doorman saw us struggling with our luggage down the stairs and did not come to help us... The shower in the room was leaking from the stem and spraying into the bathroom... The room had no towels and we had to call twice before they responded eventually... The bed had a coil broken near the foot part on the left hand side... The fridge in the room had mold growing in it... And was not functioning...

Has a pleasant stay during my business trip, would definitely come back and recommend to others

1) huge variety of breakfast menu and breakfast crew are very friendly and helpful 2) gym equipment and size are surprisingly good. The sauna and double-pool have been great as well 3) price for 6-day stay way cheaper than most similar hotels (through Booking.com voucher) 4) access to shops and LRT (Light Rail) are great. Had paid only Rp.10,000 ($1) from the closest LRT station to the airport.

Could not found (easily) escalator down from the reception to the front door. It would be useful to carry luggage to the taxi waiting area

1. Curtain was dusty 2. Floor was not cleaning well 3. Face towel and floor mat not provided cos floor slippery 4. Bath tub water flow out slowly. 5. The shower hose on top of bath tub was loose and difficult to to shower

Enjoyed my short stay, but it would be frustrating staying for longer because of the lift

Staff were very helpful, from the Security and Bellboy at the front to the Receptionists. Everyone was always ready to offer help. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable with the TV could be rotated facing the living room or bed.

- Only 2 lifts available and very, very slow! - Reception for several TV channels were not good and not in accordance with the list - Lighting in the bathroom was not enough for ladies to put make up on! - In the spacious room, praying mat and direction were available however space to pray was not comfortable. Could you rearrange the furniture?

The bed was so comfortable.

The bed was so comfortable. The shower pressure and heat great. Lovely staff. The location is fantastic.

The escalator from the lobby only goes up not down so you need to carry your luggage down the stairs.

the perfect one in Palembang.

it is super near to Palembang Square where you can get almost anything. and nearby LRT Station as well. so much easier to get around. the facilities is superb. the furnitures may be a bit old or boring. but that doesn't really matter for me. bed were super comfortable. this is my 2nd time in Aryaduta. i repeated because it is really value for money.

All of the staffs are very helpful and always smile when you...

All of the staffs are very helpful and always smile when you meet them.

The room isn't soundproof. You can easily hear the discussion inside the room when you're passing it or hearing somebody passing in front of your room when you're inside the room. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It will help more to reduce the smell inside the bathroom if there is an exhaust fan. The Kids Club needs a bit improvement and cleaned.

it is very quite eventhough it is situated right smack in town. the staff were very helpful. nearby Palembang Square which was very convenient. just the entrance is a bit complicated and might not be very disable-friendly.

the interior designs are a bit old school but that's okay.

Good location, great staff!

Wonderful hotel staff, especially those at the Kitchen. They introduced us to the local food and made sure that we had everything we needed. Great location in Ilir Barat. We moved to another location on our last night just to experience the "other side", but quickly wished we had stayed put.

TV reception and channels available were not up to par to a hotel such as this. Wish the flooring is carpeted instead of tiled.
